This policy explains how billing, cancellation, refunds, and site takedown work for GoABC’s services. It’s part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free AI Website Audit and free homepage preview
The audit and the free homepage preview are free. No credit card required. You can see your overall score and top 3 issues without an account; the full report and the homepage preview need a free account. There’s nothing to cancel or refund. If you don’t subscribe, your free homepage preview is deleted 30 days after it was created. We ask for a payment method only when you subscribe to Build at checkout.
2. Build subscription: how billing works
Build costs $99 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. We charge your saved payment method at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you won’t be charged again.
- What’s included. Build covers a site of up to 10 pages, legal pages included. For bigger sites we rebuild your 10 most important pages, redirect the rest, and you can contact us about more.
- Monthly, no long-term contract.
- Billing date. Your billing period starts the day you subscribe and renews on the same date each month.
- Receipts. We email a receipt for every charge.
- Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change applies to you. You can cancel before then.
3. Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with Build, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that first payment in full. This guarantee applies once per customer .
After the first 14 days
You can cancel anytime from your account, but payments are non-refundable and we don’t give refunds or credits for partial months. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you paid for. We’ll still give refunds where the law requires it.
Always
- Billing errors (double charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation) are always refunded.
- Missed turnaround target: Our 24-48 hour build turnaround is a target, not a guarantee.
- Termination by GoABC: If we end your subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current period. If we end it because you broke our Terms, no refund is due.
- Chargebacks: Please contact us first at hello@perfectsites.ai; we’ll try to fix the issue quickly.
- How refunds are paid: to the original payment method, through our secure payment processor. Banks typically take 5-10 business days to post refunds.
4. How to cancel
- From your account: cancel online at any time. It takes no more steps than signing up, and there’s no required call or chat.
- By email: You can also email hello@perfectsites.ai from the address on your account.
- Confirmation: We’ll email you a confirmation of your cancellation and the date your site will go offline.
5. What happens when you cancel
- No more charges. You won’t be billed again.
- Your site stays live until the end of the month you paid for.
- At the end of that month, your GoABC-hosted site is taken offline.
- Export window: 30 days. For 30 days after your site goes offline, the verified owner can log in and download the site as a ZIP file: site content (JSON, with a description of its format), images (.webp), form submissions (CSV), a redirect list of old and new page addresses, and a README with domain-move steps. A ready-to-host HTML version will be added later. You can also resubscribe during that window to put the site back online as it was.
- Deletion: After the export window, we delete your site from our live systems, and it is purged from rolling backups within 7 days after that. See our Privacy Policy.
- Your domain: Your domain stays yours. When the site goes offline, we disconnect it from our hosting. If it points to GoABC, you’ll need to point it to a new host to keep a site live; the export README explains how.

6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we’ll email you and retry. If payment still fails, we’ll suspend your site and then cancel your subscription. The export window in Section 5 still applies.
7. Future plans
A future higher tier (for example, one that includes a human project manager) may have different billing, cancellation, or refund terms. We’ll show those terms clearly before you sign up.
