These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GoABC (“GoABC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of perfectsites.ai and any related pages, apps, and services (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, running an audit, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these Terms, and “you” means that business.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What GoABC does

GoABC offers:

Free AI Website Audit. You enter a website address (URL). We scan the website’s publicly available pages and give you a report of issues and suggested fixes. You can see the site’s overall score and top 3 issues without an account. The full report needs a free account: you sign in with a link we email you, so there’s no password. No credit card is required for the audit. Free audits are limited to 1 per website (domain) per user per day and 5 per account per day.
Free homepage preview. While your audit runs, we may also use AI to generate a free preview of a new homepage for the website, shown next to your report. The preview is private to you: it is visible only inside your signed-in perfectsites.ai account, through short-lived access links. There is no shareable preview link; your site becomes public once you verify that you own the website and publish it (which needs a subscription). The preview isn’t indexed by search engines, can’t take form submissions, and can’t go live. You get one free preview per account, and a website can get one free preview every 30 days (a verified owner of that website can always get theirs). We may limit or pause free previews at any time. No credit card is required. If you don’t subscribe, the preview is deleted 30 days after it’s created.
Build subscription ($99/month). We use AI tools to rebuild and improve your website, and we host the resulting site for as long as your subscription is active. Build covers a site of up to 10 pages (legal pages, such as a privacy page, count toward the 10). If your current site has more, we rebuild your 10 most important pages, redirect your other old page addresses to them, and you can contact us about a plan for the rest. You see a preview of your rebuilt site first, and it goes live only when you click Publish.
Future plans. We may later offer other plans, such as a higher tier that includes a human project manager. Those plans may have additional terms, which we’ll show you before you sign up.

We may change, add, or remove features over time. If we remove a core feature of a paid plan you’re subscribed to, we’ll tell you in advance 30 days and you can cancel.

2. Who can use GoABC

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
The Service is intended for people and businesses who manage websites. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Anyone can request a free audit. At launch, paid Build subscriptions are available only to businesses in the United States and Canada.

3. Your account

Some features (including Build) need an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly at hello@perfectsites.ai if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

4. Websites you audit or ask us to build

Public audits: anyone, any URL. Anyone may run the free audit on any publicly accessible website, including sites they don’t own (for example, a competitor’s site or a prospective client’s). The audit only reads pages that are already public. It does not log in, submit forms, or try to get past any access controls. You may not use audit results to harass, defame, or mislead anyone, or to misrepresent your relationship with the site owner.

Security checks only run for verified owners. Some checks could help someone attack a site, such as our exposed-files check. We don’t run those checks at all until someone verifies that they own or control the site. After verification, they run on the next audit, and the results are visible only to the verified owner’s account. Everyone else sees the general parts of the report and a prompt to verify ownership.

How verification works. We give you a unique token tied to your account and that domain. You verify by either:

adding a DNS TXT record with the token to your domain (the main method), or
adding a goabc-site-verification meta tag with the token to your home page.

By verifying a site, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to manage it. Verification only unlocks deeper checks of that site and lets you use Build on it.

Build and go-live need ownership verification. Before a Build site goes live (on a GoABC address or on your own domain), and before you can download an export of it, you must verify ownership. We may generate the free homepage preview and your Build preview from the site’s public pages before you verify, but neither is published until you verify. We check ownership again right before a Build site goes live on your domain; if the verification record or tag has been removed, go-live stops until you verify again. We may also periodically re-confirm ownership, and remove verified status if the record or tag is gone. By subscribing, you also confirm that you have the right to give us the site’s content, domain access, and any other materials needed to rebuild and host it.

Safety check. Before we audit a URL, we check its home-page address and domain with a third-party safe-browsing service to screen out known malicious or phishing sites. Results are shown in your report with the notice that service requires.

Safety-check results are for your own use and may not be redistributed. Free audits are limited to 1 per website (domain) per user per day and 5 per account per day. We may also limit, throttle, or refuse any audit at our discretion (for example, to prevent abuse or excessive automated use).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Build, host, or promote content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence.
Impersonate any person or business, or create a site that copies another business’s brand to deceive people (phishing, scam, or look-alike sites).
Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive advertising.
Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Use audits, audit results, or any part of the Service to attack, hack, probe for vulnerabilities in, overload, or disrupt any website, or to get around a site’s access controls.
Try to get security findings for a site you don’t own or control, for example by faking ownership verification.
Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product, except as the law expressly allows.
Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service beyond normal use, unless we agree in writing.
Violate any applicable law, including consumer protection, privacy, and advertising laws, in content you publish on your Build site.

We may remove content, suspend a site, or end your account if we reasonably believe you’ve broken these rules (see Section 13).

6. AI-generated output

The audit and the Build service use artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze websites and to generate text, layouts, images, code, and recommendations (“Output”).

AI can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or not suited to your business. It may look similar to output produced for other users.
Review before you rely on it. You’re responsible for reviewing your site’s content (including prices, hours, claims, licenses, medical, legal, or financial statements) before and after it goes live, and for making sure it’s accurate and lawful.
Audit results are suggestions, not guarantees. We don’t promise any particular search ranking, traffic, leads, sales, or results from following an audit or using Build.
Not professional advice. Output isn’t legal, financial, medical, accessibility-compliance, or other professional advice.
Your site won’t go live until you approve it. You review a preview and click Publish yourself.

7. Build turnaround

We aim to deliver your rebuilt site quickly. Our target is within 24 to 48 hours after we receive everything we need from you.

This is a target, not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer, for example if we need information or access from you, if your site is large or complex, if third parties (such as your domain registrar) are slow, or if we have technical problems. A missed target doesn’t by itself entitle you to a refund or credit, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Content and intellectual property

Your content. “Your Content” means the material you provide or that comes from your existing website (text, logos, photos, product info, and so on). You keep all ownership rights in Your Content.

License you give us. You give GoABC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, modify, adapt, display, and host Your Content only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you (including running audits, rebuilding and hosting your site, and making backups). This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems under our Privacy Policy, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time or as required by law.

No AI training. We never use Your Content or Output to train AI models, and we don’t allow our AI provider to use them for training.

Service providers. We use third-party service providers to run the Service, including a payment processor, a hosting provider, a database and file-storage provider, a background-job provider, an AI provider, an email delivery provider (with open and click tracking off) and a safe-browsing service. They process data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Build site. Subject to your paying for the Service and following these Terms:

You own your site’s content. You own the content of your Build site (the text and images created for you, plus Your Content), and you may export it as described in Section 12. GoABC keeps ownership of its templates, code, design system, and platform, and gives you a license to use them only while your subscription is active.

Our property. Apart from Your Content, GoABC and its licensors own the Service, including the software, templates, design systems, audit methods, brand, and site. These Terms don’t give you any rights to them except the limited right to use the Service as described here.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content hosted through GoABC infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@perfectsites.ai with the details required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

9. Plans, billing, and automatic renewal

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. The Build plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month at $99 per month until you cancel. We will charge your payment method on file at the start of each monthly billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you paid for.

Card only when you subscribe. We ask for a payment method only when you subscribe to Build at checkout, never for the free audit or the free homepage preview.
Price shown before you pay. Before you subscribe, we’ll show you the price, the billing frequency, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel. We’ll ask for your clear consent (for example, an unchecked box or a clearly labeled button) before charging you, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with these terms and how to cancel.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by our secure payment processor. We don’t store your full card number. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
Taxes.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll try again and let you know. If we can’t collect payment, we may suspend your site and then treat the subscription as cancelled (see Section 12).
Price changes. We may change prices. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Annual or other plans.
Free trials or promotions.

14-day money-back guarantee. Your first payment is fully refundable if you ask within 14 days of it. After that, payments aren’t refundable and we don’t refund partial months. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Hosting, domains, and third-party services

Hosting. While your Build subscription is active, we host your site with our hosting provider, with site content and files stored by our database and file-storage provider.
Domains. Your Build site gets a free GoABC address (yourname.perfectsites.ai). You can also connect a domain you already own. You always own and control your own domain; we don’t register domains for you.
Third-party services. The Service may connect to or rely on third-party tools (for example, your domain registrar, analytics, forms, or booking tools). We’re not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Availability and no warranty

We work to keep the Service and hosted sites available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. There may be downtime for maintenance, outages at our providers, or other problems.

We back up hosted sites , but you should keep your own copies of important content.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

12. Cancellation, takedown, and export

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future charges. Your site stays live until the end of the month you paid for, then you have 30 days to download it.
Takedown at end of period. When your paid period ends after cancellation, your GoABC-hosted site will be taken offline.
Export: 30 days after your site goes offline. While you’re subscribed, and for 30 days after your site goes offline, the verified owner can log in and download an export of the site as a ZIP file containing: your site content as a structured file (JSON) with a description of its format, your images (as .webp files), the form submissions your site received (as a CSV spreadsheet), a list of your old and new page addresses for redirects, and a README with steps to move your domain to a new host. We plan to add a ready-to-host HTML version of the site later. You can also resubscribe during those 30 days to put the site back online as it was. After that window, we delete your site from our active systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
Domain. If you own your domain, it stays yours. When your site goes offline, we disconnect your domain from our hosting, and you’ll need to point it to a new host to keep a site live (the export README explains how).

13. Suspension and termination by GoABC

We may suspend or end your access to the Service, or take down a site, if:

you break these Terms (especially Sections 4 and 5),
you don’t pay,
we’re required to by law or a valid legal request, or
your use creates a security, legal, or reputational risk to GoABC, our providers, or others.

Where reasonable, we’ll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first, unless the issue is serious or urgent (such as illegal content or malware). If we end a paid subscription without cause, we’ll refund the unused part of your current period .

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) continue to apply after these Terms end.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW:

GOABC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, LEADS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SEARCH RANKINGS, arising from or related to the Service, even if we were told they were possible.
GOABC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GOABC IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

Some places don’t allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify GoABC and its owners, employees, and contractors against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and the courts that hear disputes will be added here after counsel confirms them.

If you live in a country or state whose consumer laws give you rights that can’t be waived (for example, in the EU/UK), these Terms don’t take those rights away.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.

18. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any plan-specific terms you accept are the whole agreement between you and GoABC about the Service.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or to an affiliate.
Force majeure. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Notices. We’ll send notices to the email on your account. You can send notices to hello@perfectsites.ai or hello@perfectsites.ai .
